Shared MailBox Access (Add Shared Mailbox Manually)

 

Requirements

  • Access to the shared mailbox in question;
  • Office Outlook application.

 

What to do

 

Typically, shared mailboxes, if the user has access, they automatically appear in the Outlook app. This synchronization can sometimes fail (Too many mailboxes, mailboxes with many emails or network connection issues). If the mailbox does not appear just follow these steps below:

 

  1. Click the right-hand mouse button on top of the user's email box and click "Data File Properties":

  1. Click "Adavanced":

  1. Click "Advanced" and then "Add":

  1. Enter the mailbox and click ok.

If there is a problem please open ticket on the service desk platform.
