Add Shared Mailbox Sender Email

 

Requirements

  • Access to the alias created or shared mailbox send email permission;
  • Office Outlook application.

 

Outlook lets you send e-mail with the alias previously defined or with sending permission assigned from a shared mailbox. To do this, you must manually add the alias in question following the next steps:

 

  1. Create a new email:

  1. Click "Options" and then activate "From":

  1. After the above step will appear a new field as shown below:

  1. We will then click on "FROM" and then click on "Other Email Address":

image

 

  1. It will open a dialog box as below to which we will click again on "From":

image

 

  1. We will then click on the dropdown list "Adress Book" and then select "Global Address List"

image

 

  1. We will then search the "Search Box" for the corresponding email/alias (Must put full address):

  1. After this just click on the alias and ok. The same will then appear in the "From" defined earlier:
